Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports reported in 2017-2021. The population of this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021, samples that meet the criteria amounted to 2 sample companies. The results showed that partial leverage has a significant effect on firm value. Good corporate governance partially has a significant effect on firm value. While corporate social responsibility partially has no significant effect on firm value. Based on the results of simultaneous test statistical calculations, it can be concluded that leverage, good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility simultaneously affect firm value.
