Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of moderate intensity training during the Covid-19 pandemic on basic soccer technical skills and physical fitness in SSB Saswco Bandung students. In this study, researchers used a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The respondent received moderate-intensity exercise three times a week for six weeks. The population for this study consisted of 25 of his SSB Saswco Bandung U-16 students and the sample used consisted of 18 of his selected based on a targeted sampling technique. rice field. The soccer skill measurement tool is a soccer ability test of passing, heading, dribbling and shooting, and the fitness measurement tool is a physical fitness test for her 16-19 year olds in Indonesia. The hypothesis testing analysis technique used is the paired-samples t-test. The test results for passing technique received significance values of 0.001 > 0.05, heading significance values 0.001 > 0.05, dribbling significance values 0.001 > 0.05, shooting significance values 0.001 > 0.05, and fitness achieved significance values a.
