Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of employees at the wali nagari air bangis office. The sample in this study was employees of the wali nagari air bangis office with a total sample of 35 employees. This type of research is quantitative research with total sampling method. The data in this study were processed using multiple linear regressions using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that educational background has no significant effect on employee work ethic and work experience has significant effect on employee work ethic.
