Abstrak
 Berkembangnya dunia teknologi elektronika, laju informasi, dan telekomunikasi dapat memberikan rasa puas terhadap pengguna internet yang sekarang berperan pula dalam membantu permasalahan kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pada bidang salah satu unit usaha milik daerah yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat umum yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini ialah PDAM Tirta Mahakam Cabang Kota Bangun. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu kualitas sistem informasi pada PDAM Tirta Mahakam Cabang Kota Bangun mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, lalu hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS ver 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh sebesar 43,2% terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai R square 0,432. Pada uji F dihasilkan nilai F hitung 5,600. Kemudian pada uji T variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan masing-masing memiliki nilai T hitung kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna 2,825>1,986, kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna 2,694>1,986, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna -0,417<1,986.

 Abstract
 The development of the world of electronic technology, the speed of information, and telecommunications can provide a sense of satisfaction for internet users who now also play a role in helping people's daily life problems in various fields, including in the field of one of the regionally owned business units engaged in the distribution of clean water for the community. The general object of this research is PDAM Tirta Mahakam, Kota Bangun Branch. The purpose of this research was to find out how a quality information system at PDAM Tirta Mahakam Branch Kota Bangun can influence user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach, then the results of the research are processed using SPSS ver 23. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, information quality, and service quality have an effect of 43.2% on user satisfaction with an R square value of 0.432. In the F test, the calculated F value is 5,600. Then in the T-test, the variables of system quality, information quality, and service quality each have a T value of system quality on user satisfaction 2.825> 1.986, information quality on user satisfaction 2.694> 1.986, and service quality on user satisfaction -0.417 <1.986.
