Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food quality, service quality and quality of physical environment on the intention of customer buying behavior (at customer restotan soto lamongan cak har in surabaya). The sample uses non probability sampling method with purposive technique that is by choosing the respondent who subscribed in soto lamongan cak har restaurant in surabaya. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis proves that the quality of food, quality of service and quality of the physical environment is proved to have a partially significant influence on the intention of customer buyback behavior.
