Abstract

Social media makes someone quickly get information. One of the most popular social media among students and students is TikTok. In this case, the content on the TikTok account "@Ruangguru.Official" gets hundreds of thousands of viewers, even reaching millions of viewers. This study aims to find out and explain how the influence of TikTok @Ruangguru.Official content has on the learning achievement of its followers. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a simple linear regression analysis technique using the Uses and Effects Theory. The purpose of this theory is to explain the relationship between the mass communication conveyed by Ruangguru on social media TikTok itself<div>which creates an effect for its users. The results of this study indicate that the TikTok @Ruangguru.Official content has an effect of 34.4% while the remaining 65.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study</div>
