Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of multiple role conflict and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the University of Lampung. The type of this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this research is based on probability sampling with random sampling method. The data used is primary data by distributing it to respondents, namely female lecturers who work at the University of Lampung, revealing 146 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical test tool SPSS Software 18. The results of this show that multiple role conflict affects employee performance at the University of Lampung, while emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the University of Lampung.
