Abstract

: The research objective was to obtain fact data and valid and correct and reliable information about the influence of Communication, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Personnel Performance in Yonbekang-5 / Perbekud TNI AD. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using a survey method carried out from March to May 2020, covering pre-survey activities, consolidation, testing instruments through validity, reliability, collection and processing of research data. The research sample is the entire population that is affordable, and has the same characteristics, namely 20 personnel for the validity test and 80 personnel for the research sample, taken in fact, who meet the research requirements. Measurements in the study were carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables, the measure of the value given in each statement using the "Likert scale". Data from questionnaires were analyzed for data analysis, including: data description, testing of research requirements, including: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of the Communication variable (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) in the study, a data analysis technique was performed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an effect of communication on motivation. The influence of communication on motivation is 6.05%. 2) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation. The influence of organizational culture on motivation is 52.12%. And 3) There is an influence of communication on performance. The influence of communication on performance is equal to 54.76%. 4) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture on performance amounted to 2.19%. 5) There is an influence of motivation on performance. The influence of motivation on performance is 14.74%.
