Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bank performance ratios on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The population of this study were Islamic commercial banks registered with the OJK in 2017-2020, which amounted to 14 banks. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling so that 11 banks are the samples of this study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio Variabel had a positive but not significant effect on Return on Assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The Financing To Deposit Ratio Variabel has a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The Financing To Deposit Ratio Variabel has a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing To Deposit Ratio, and Non Performing Financing simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.
