Abstract

ABSTRAK Educational institution is an institution that is strategic in generating and improving the quality of human resources in a country. The purpose of this study was Influence Job Satisfaction on teacher performance, Effect of Work Motivation on teacher performance, Effect of Job Satisfaction and Motivation Work together on teacher performance in MTsN cavity West Bandung Regency. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative research is intended to describe Effect of Job Satisfaction and Motivation Performance Against Cavities MTs Teachers in West Bandung regency. The results of research in the west of Bandung regency MTsN cavity contained a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to work on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and motivation to work together on teacher performance
