Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and work-life balance toward working satisfaction. Primary data is taken through a questionnaire via google form and the data is processed using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application. The sample taken and used is 70 respondents. They are all employees at the Immigration Office Class I TPI East Jakarta. The results showed that transformational leadership significantly affects the work environment and work-life balance but does not affect employees’ job satisfaction. While work-life balance affects work satisfaction, the work environment does not affect employee job satisfaction during pandemic.
