Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of Discipline and Training on Employee Performance at YPAC Jakarta and YPAC Karywan South Jakarta research objects. The research sample was obtained using the Quantitative method. The research data were collected by questionnaire distribution method, sampling using saturated sample techniques of 55 respondents, using data analysis including: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Multiple Correlation Tests, Coefficient of Determination, Hypothesis Test, Partial T Test, Simultaneous Test F. The results of the study show that the Regression Test Y = -3.272P + 0.500x1 + 0.593x2 + e and the results of data processing shows that the value of determination Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance with the degree of relationship amounted to 0.929 where discipline (x1) and training (x2) have a very strong relationship or influence on performance (x1) with an influence contribution of 92.9%. Partial test results (t test) between discipline to performance shows the value of t arithmetic> t table (7,498> 1,675) and sig <0,10 (0,000 <0,10) so that Ho reject and Ha is accepted, that is "there is the influence of discipline on performance on South Jakarta YPAC Foundation ". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kedisiplinan Dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada YPAC Jakarta dan objek penelitian Karywan YPAC Jakarta Selatan. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 55 responden, dengan menggunakan analisis data antara lain : Uji validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Korelasi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis, Uji Parsial T, Uji Simultan F. Hasildaripenelitian menunjukan bahwa Uji Regresi Y = -3.272 P +0,500x 1 +0,593x 2 +e dan Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa nilai determinasi Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 0.929 dimana kedisiplinan (x 1 ) dan pelatihan (x 2 ) memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap Kinerja (x 1 ) dengan konstribusi pengaruh sebesar 92,9%. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) antara kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (7.498 > 1,675 ) dan sig < 0,10 (0,000 < 0,10) sehingga Ho tolak dan Ha diterima yaitu “terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pada Yayasan YPAC Jakarta Selatan”.
