Abstract

This research aims to identify : (1) The influence of learning habit and peer group to learning achievement university student, (2) the influence of peer group to learning achievement university student. (3) the influence of learning habit and peer group to learning achievement university student This research was a descriptive causative with quantitative approach. The subject of this research was all university student at Economic Faculty entered year 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Total sample of this research was 339 university student. The research’s sample test of validity and test of reability. Test of Analysis consisted of normality test, multi-collinearity test and heteroskedastisity test. Hypothesis test was consisting multiple regression with SPSS version 21 for windows. Research result : (1) have a positive and significant influence between learning ability to learning achievement The University Student at Economic Faculty of Padang State University, (2) have a positive and influence between peer group to learning achievement the University Student at economic Faculty of Padang State University, (3) have postitve and signifiant influence between learning habit and peer group to learning achievement the University Student at Economic Faculty of Padang State University. Berdasarkan tabel diatas, terlihat bahwa kebiasaan belajar mahasiswa FE UNP termasuk dalam kategori baik, hal ini terlihat dari skor rata-rata sebesar 3,63 dan tingkat capaian responden sebesar 72,62. Menjadi teman belajar mahasiswa berada dalam kategori baik, dimana pernyataan keinginan mengerjakan tugas bersama teman, terutama teman akrab mendapat rerata 3,76 dan TCR 75,16%. Berdasarkan hasil uji multikolonieritas menggunakan SPSS versi 21 diperoleh hasil nilai Tolerance variabel terhadap kebiasaan belajar efektif dan lingkungan teman sebaya yakni 0,699 > 0,10. Berdasarkan hasil uji heteroskedastisitas menggunakan SPSS 21 didapatkan nilai signifikansi dari tabel, didapatkan kebiasaan belajar efektif senilai 0,876 > 0,05 dan lingkungan teman sebaya senilai 0,151 > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas. Jika dibandingkan dengan t tabel sebesar 1,960, maka 6,516 > 1,960 sehingga dapat disimpulkan kebiasaan belajar efektif (X1) Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNP angkatan 2014,2015 dan 2016 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPK mahasiswa (Y)
