Abstract


 Mobile banking is a service provided by banks in conducting transactions, can simplify, and expedite. Services that can be used anytime and anywhere. The existence of mobile banking services must be supported on aspects of security, convenience and trust. This study aims to determine the authority of security, convenience and customer trust in transactions using mobile banking. This data analysis method uses multiple regression. In multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that has been proposed, process and discuss the data obtained. The results show that there is a significant effect between Security and Transaction Interests, there is a significant influence between Transaction Convenience and Interests, and there is an influence between Trust and Transaction Interests. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, it shows that Security, Ease, Trust partially affect Transaction Interest using mobile banking services.
