Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine How much influence the investment to the production capacity in the district of Bulungan, To know How much influence the production capacity of the production value in the district of Bulungan, To know How much influence the production value of the number of business units in the district of Bulungan, To know How large indirect effect of investment on employment in the industrial sector through the production capacity in the district of Bulungan, To know How big is the indirect effect of production capacity in the labor market in the industrial sector through the production value in the district of Bulungan, To know How much influence the indirect value production on employment in the industrial sector through a number of business units in the district of Bulungan. The results of the research are investments (X1) direct effect on employment (Y) of 0.667. Production Capacity (X2) direct effect on employment (Y) of -0.040. Value of Production (X3) direct effect on employment (Y) of -0.282. Total Business Unit (Y1) direct effect on employment (Y) of 0.957. Investments (X1) direct effect on employment in the industrial sector through the production capacity (X2) is 0,053. Production capacity (X2) direct effect on employment in the industrial sector through the production value (X3) of 0.395. Nilai Produksi

Tabel 1 menunjukkan perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja dari tahun 2009-2013 mengalami peningkatan yang positif, kecuali pada tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan sebesar 226 orang dengan persentase sebesar [8,65] persen. Penyerapan tenaga kerja rata-rata tiap tahunnya adalah 2.557 orang. Perubahan nilai investasi selama tahun 2009-2013 mengalami perkembangan yang sangat positif, kecuali pada tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan sebesar [25,62] persen, rata-rata perkembangan nilai investasi tiap tahunnya sebesar 55.383 juta rupiah. Kapasitas produksi selama tahun 2011-2013 mengalami kenaikan yang sangat baik, akan tetapi pada tahun 2009 mengalami penurunan yang sangat negatif sebesar [59,1] persen dan tahun 2014 juga mengalami penurunan yang cukup besar juga sebasar [68,7] persen, jadi rata-rata kapasitas produksi tiap tahunnya sebesar 95.233 ribu rupiah. Sedangkan nilai produksi selama tahun 2009-2014 cenderung berfluktuatif sementara pada jumlah unit usaha dari tahun 2009-2014 mengalami peningkatan tiap tahun ini terlihat pada tabel diatas dengan rata-rata peningkatan unit usaha sebesar 734 unit tiap tahunnya
