Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of intangible assets, financial performance, and financial policy on the value of companies in manufacturing companies subsector plantations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Factors tested in this research are intangible asset, financial performance, and financial policy as independent variable. While the value of the company as a dependent variable. Research method used in this research is descriptive research method and verifikatif. The population in this research is a plantation sub-sector manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, amounting to 8 companies. While the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data using SPSS 20.00. The result of research shows that financial performance have negative and significant effect to firm value, while intangible asset, and financial policy have positive and significant influence to firm value. In addition, the results of research also shows that the magnitude of the effect of intangible assets, financial performance, and financial policy in contributing influence on the company's value of 73.1%.
