Abstract

This research was conducted at National Land Office West Pasaman. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The impact of Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment, 2) The impact of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, 3) The impact of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. To get good estimate and interpretation of this study, the samples studied are 49 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaire, to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The data analysis method applied is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study show the relationship between independent and dependent variable. And it can be explained that: (1) Organizational climate has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment at National Land Office West Pasaman, with regression coefficient of 1.101 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05), (2) J ob satisfaction has negative impact and significant on organizational commitment at National Land Office West Pasaman, with regression coefficient of -0.171 and significant rate 0.002 (<0.05), (3) The independent variables simultaneously have positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, with regression coefficient of 177,956 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). R2 value indicates 88.6% and the remaining 11.4% is affected by other variables which are not discussed in this study. Keywords : Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment
