Abstract

This study aims to examine whether transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. In this study the population will use all employees at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung as many as 35 employees divided into permanent employees and contract employees. Non-Probability Sampling technique is used for sampling with saturated sampling method, where all the population is used as a sample with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis technique is done with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. The results of his research show that positively and significantly Transformational Leadership, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, so it can be concluded that if the independent variables used have increased, it will increase employee performance.
