Abstract
This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior on teacher performance. This research was conducted on public elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. With descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis tool uses the path model. The results of the analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual factors on teacher performance by 29.53%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of S teachers by 22.47%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of work behavior on teacher performance by 25.4%. 4) Simultaneously individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior contributed 43.9% to the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency
