Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze human resources and the production of Ribbed Smoke Sheet (Rss) Rubber at PT Air Muring, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive method. The data used in this research is in the form of data to reveal the problem using interview and observation techniques to the Verification Dept. Head of PT Air Muring, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency. The results showed that employee performance had an effect on the results of Rubber Production (RSS). Therefore, to improve the performance of employees in the rubber production division (RSS), PT Air Muring, Putri Hijau sub-district, North Bengkulu, to further improve work discipline by providing stimuli to employees.Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Rubber Production
