Abstract
<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance in the delivery department at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta partially and simultaneously. This research is associative quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study was conducted on employees of the delivery department at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta, totaling 46 people, so the data collection sample used a saturated sample technique using research questionnaires. The result of the study is as follows: 1) there are influence discipline work to performance employee namely t<sub>obs</sub>&gt; t<sub>table </sub>(3.367 &gt; 2.017) and sig value is at rated 0.002, 2) there are influence environment work to performance employee part delivery at PT Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Surakarta City, namely score t<sub>obs </sub>&gt; t<sub>table </sub>(4,742 &gt; 2,017) and sig value is at rated 0.000) there are influence discipline work and environment work to performance employee part delivery at PT Pos Indonesia ( Persero ) Surakarta City based on the results of the F test with score Fhitung &gt; Ftabel (19,080 &gt; 3.21) and sig value smaller from 0.05 to 0.000.</em></p>
