Abstract

The aim of the author of this article refers to the importance of digitization in the formation of catechist character in catechesis. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. As a means of self-preparation for the future church in the context of digitalization. Therefore, it is important for catechists to use technology wisely and responsibly. They need to make careful selection and evaluation of the information sources and learning tools they use. Apart from that, they also need to maintain interaction and personal relationships with their students, and practice religious values in everyday life as a good example.
