Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Co-worker Support and Work Environment on Turnover Intention by mediating Work Motivation in Generation Y and Z workers in Malang City. The study used quantitative techniques. The total population in the study was 452,435 people. The sampling technique in this study used the formula Hair et al., nx5, so that 160 respondents were obtained. This study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using Smart-PLS software version 3.0. The results showed that co-worker support has no effect on turnover intention, work environment has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, co-worker support has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work environment has no effect on work motivation, work motivation is able to mediate the relationship between co-worker support and turnover intention , and work motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between the work environment and turnover intention in gen y and z workers in Malang City.
