Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of school culture, teacher certification and the work environment on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of school culture on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.29%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of certification on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 28.02%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the work environment on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 31.29%. 4) Simultaneously school culture, certification and work environment together affect the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The contribution of school culture, certification and work environment factors to the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency is 85.2%
