Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture variable on the organizational citizenship behavior variable with the organizational commitment variable as an intervening variable at the jambi city fire and rescue service. data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 57 Civil Servants (PNS) at the Jambi City Fire and Rescue Service. The data testing techniques used include validity and reliability tests, R-square tests, and hypothesis testing with bootstrapping with the help of PLS 3. The results show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on OCB employees of the Jambi City Fire and Rescue Service. Organizational culture commitment has a positive but not significant impact on organizational commitment to Jambi City Fire and Rescue Service employees, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on OCB, and corporate culture on OCB through organizational commitment has a positive but not significant impact on City Fire and Rescue Service employees.
