Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMPN 52 Jakarta. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to SMPN 52 Jakartateachers as respondents. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample. The analysis tools used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of study indicated that organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect partially. However, the work environment is not significant simultaneously. The conclusions in this study show that partially improving organizational culture and work environment as well as increasing job satisfaction really supports improving teacher performance at SMPN 52 Jakarta. However, simultaneously the work environment is less supportive.
