Abstract

The Influence of Chinese and Dutch Culinary Culture on Indonesian Culinary. The Indonesian nation is a nation that is rich in spices which then attracts a lot of attention among other nations. Because of this wealth, the Indonesian people themselves have many arrivals from other nations which from their arrival have had an influence in the Indonesian culinary field due to acculturation and cultural assimilation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method through literature study.
