Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of work culture, work environment and employee motivation towards achievement of Education and Training Agency of South Sumatra Province. The problems of this study whether there is influence workplace culture, work environment and employee motivation towards achievement of Education and Training Agency of South Sumatra Province? The data used in this study are primary data from 92 respondents' answers. Model analysis used multiple linear regression and by testing the validity and reliability of instruments. Test data characteristics that normality test linearity. Test model consists of multicolinierity test and test heteroskedastisitas. The results of t-test showed that culture, enveironment and motivation variables have significantly influenced on the performance of training and education bureau of south sumatera province’s employees with 1,625 constans values. Culture has significantly influenced with the 0,041 regression coefficient result. Environment has 0,146 regression coefficient and motivation was 0,126. The result of F test analysis was 17,946, higer than F table with ? of 0,05 = 2,737. It means on the reaserch with 0,05 significant errors, employee’s culture, environment, and motivation simultaneously influence the performance
