Abstract

This research is intended to know and gain an understanding of improving the learning process through the application of lesson-based learning supervision studyes. Problem-solving strategies are carried out by planning, implementing, and reflecting on lesson-based learning supervision activities. The results of the application of lesson study-based learning supervision show that teachers are enthusiastic about carrying out learning, Likewise, students with peer teacher observation techniques based on lesson study, in the learning process look active, critical, creative, and innovative. This is unearthed during observation and reflection. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of lesson study-based learning supervision can improve learning processes and outcomes.
