Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of additional income for civil servants (TPNS) in improving performance at the Wua-Wua sub-district office, Kendari City. The method used in this research is qualitative, there are six informants in this study. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the Application of Additional Income for Civil Servants (TPNS) is; input Activities in inputting activities all employees are able to input their respective activities, it's just that honesty needs to be applied in inputting employee activities and constraints in inputting, namely network problems or signals that are not supportive, activity validation, namely each employee has their respective superiors so that invalidating the activity is not the admin who validates but the supervisor and prints the TPNS report, which is the admin's job to recap and collect all employee activities that have been validated by each superior after it is printed and brought to the BKD for disbursement. In measuring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) it can be seen from; timeliness is that the employees of the Wua-Wua Sub-District Office are able to be on time in service and come to the office according to office hours, effectiveness, namely that some employees can already master the use of office facilities such as computers and there are some who cannot use computers and independence, namely employees in the office The wua-wua sub-district head is still being guided and supervised in carrying out his main duties and responsibilities.
