Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of the Bumdes Information System application and Village and Village Management to the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the supporting factors that affect the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the head of the family in Aka-Akae Village, Watang Sidenreng District, the number of people served in the last 2 months, namely September-December 2020 as many as 85 people. The number of samples in this study was carried out by means of total samples, so all members of the population had the same opportunity to be samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The collected data is then used quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results showed that the application of the Bumdes and Village and Village Management Information System applications to the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was categorized as poor with a value of 60.11%. The supporting factor that affects the public services of the Cipotakari Village Office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the Awareness Factor marked by the punctuality of the work of the apparatus at the Cipotakari Village Office is categorized as good with a score of 64.6%. The rule factor is marked by the work arrangement for the apparatus service at the Cipotakari Village Office which is categorized as poor with a score of 59.2%. The income factor is marked by the compensation for services provided by the apparatus at the Village Office which is categorized as good with a value of 65%. The ability factor is marked by the guidance of apparatus services to the community at the Cipotakari Village Office categorized as good with a score of 68%. The facility factor is marked by the work facilities of the apparatus in serving the community at the Cipotakari Village Office categorized as good with a score of 65.4%.
