Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of public sector accounting, internal supervision and transparency on the performance of the Jakarta Provincial Government's financial reports. This research uses the Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate as the population. This research sample used 45 respondents from the results of distributing questionnaires carried out at the Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate. Data were processed using SPSS software and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that human resource quality competency, accountability and supervision have a positive effect on the quality of the financial report performance of the Jakarta Provincial Government
