Abstract
AbstractThis paper proposes a novel digital system for ordering customized products in a convenient pen and paper setting. In particular we integrate pen-based interaction forms which automatically recognize natural handwriting. The integration of these forms in a factory environment describes a novel way of addressing orders to a producing facility beside usual ways like direct access or web-interaction forms.
