Abstract

Management of regional assets is not an easy job, it is evident from the stillmany reasonable exceptions to the value of government and local government assets in the BPK-RIopinion on the Government's financial statements. Local Governments have difficulty in managingassets so that they present less or unnatural regional assets.Without a vision, IT infrastructure will not be able to support business processes, and vice versabusiness will not be optimal without IT support. This also happened at BPKAD East Kotawaringinwhere the assets Management Information System that had been created in 2014 could not yet beimplemented. This happens because there are still disagreements among stakeholders.ArchiMate is a standard of the Open Group, is an open and independent modeling language forEnterprise Architecture supported by various vendors and consulting firms. The ArchiMatespecification provides instruments to enable Corporate Architects to describe, analyze, and visualizerelationships between business domains.Architecure Enterprise Modeling that has been made already illustrates the GovernanceArrangements needed in terms of the management of regional property. Therefore the applicationof IT will have to refer to this modeling. This is also to avoid the risk of failing to implement IT asbefore
