PEMILIHAN KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA MAGANG PERUSAHAAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

During this Pandemi Covid-19, many students had difficulty getting practical work places for Internships at companies and it was not uncommon for companies to look to fresh graduated internships seekers who had abilities that mathced their needs. To be able to carry out its business continuity, the company reduces workers due to a lack of purchasing power for products both from within and outside the country. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, current and future Information Technology requires companies to be involved and develop in using new application system according to their needs, which have the principle of being able to streamline operational costs. The effects of the Pandemi Covid-19 and the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, many companies made layoffs (PHK) which is a big job for the government, especially for the Ministry of Manpower. To help solve this problem it is necessary to create a virtual communication platform that can bring them together. To design the prototype of this web application, HTML5, Apache, CSS, MySQL and PHP are used. The result of this research is a web application prototype that can build virtual communication.
