Abstract
Personal well-being is an important aspect of an individual’s, life regardless of age and race. A challenging life especially among students in higher education will bring harm if they do not have enough knowledge and self-management skills. Various health problem such as depression, anxiety and stress can affect the level of personal well-being of students who are still adapting in the learning process. In this regard, this study was carried out to study the spiritual practises that can be used as a guide among students of higher education. This paper uses qualitative approach which is a study that refers to books and articles related to the health practises of the Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) and its relevance to the evidence of modern science discoveries. The finding showed that there are various aspects of Islamic knowledge related to personal health which include physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. This study shows that Islamic spiritual knowledge should be applied by students of higher education so that personal well-being can be best balanced.
