Abstract
The background of the problem in this research is that the Regional Hockey Women's Team of Kebumen Regency is one of the toughest teams in Central Java. This is evidenced by the many achievements achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of hockey achievement development in the women's team of the Kebumen Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects are athletes, coaches, administrators. The results showed that (1) at the coaching stage in the Kebumen women's hockey team, (2) human resources ranging from athletes, coaches, administrators were quite good, (3) the training program made was in accordance with the objectives of achievement development and arranged periodically, (4) the organization is well structured but needs to be further improved in implementation (5) the facilities and infrastructure are quite complete but for the field it is not standard (6) and funding is obtained from Kebumen KONI grants and athlete fees
