Abstract
Policy framework related with the regional autonomy is formulating and implementing independent policies to be strategic. During decades, the development patterns have been more using centralism, which is fail to put the elements of sustainable economic development. The development format at the Era of regional autonomy has a bigger authority to fix and control development strategy properly with the regional potencies. One of governmental concerns is policy on the development tourism potential which was lead to involve the government, society, and private sectors. The main priority in such development is always connected with tourism objects and attractions. That effort is to harmonize the supporting factors, such as facilities and infrastructures.
