Item analysis allows valid, fair and quality items to be selected while otherwise are improved and refined. This study applied the Rasch Measurement Model to determine the validity and reliability of the ECTT instrument. Analysis has been done on respondent fit, item fit, item polarity, unidimensionality as well as reliability and item-respondent separation. The findings of the study found that the ECTT instrument has high item reliability with a value of .97. In conclusion, ECTT has good validity and high reliability in measuring the level of entrepreneurial creative thinking among Form Four students in secondary schools.
