Abstract
Church community development is one of the ways to maintain and foster the development of the people's faith. Coaching that has been carried out from time to time has undergone many changes adapted to the demands of the times, as is the case in today's digital era. This article aims to show that there is a demand for changes in methods and strategies in carrying out the development of church members in the digital era. Using an exploratory descriptive method, with an approach to literature review on related themes, it is shown that the digital dimension has penetrated all aspects of human life, including church members so actual service adjustments are needed. This article concludes that churches must be able to make the most of digital media in efforts to develop church members.
