Abstract
The development of Internet technology that brings people into the ease of social networking can be utilized for effective at improving learning outcomes. The world of education has also been touched by technology blog, allows teachers or learners to communicate and share knowledge resources. The research aims to optimize the technology blog into teaching and learning systems. The approach used is to act as follows: 1. Observation of student activity class, 2. Conduct interviews to assess the constraints faced by students when learning in the classroom, 3. Conducting Actions solution in the form of planned instructional media development. Blog contains education easily operated by any Internet user, blog section of content management system technology so that it can be modified and equipped with features supporting online learning. Teachers and learners can discuss with each other to comment on the topic of science initiated by the teacher. The resulting increase in student final grade is one measure of the effectiveness of media use blogs as a medium of learning.
