Abstract

As an online retailer of branded streetwear products, vision dan mission of AYCC is to become a consignment shop that the public can trust and can develop the fashion market in Indonesia. AYCC see the opportunities of this business from the Urban Sneaker Society manage to attract more than 15.000 visitor and 20.000 followers on their social media on their event and it’s increasing year to year. AYCC market strategy are: The target market is millennial streetwear sneaker fashion lovers, the cost of entrusting goods is relatively cheap compared to competitors, and Promotional activities are carried out by utilizing Instagram social media with Instagram Ads and endorsements. Financial Target: The initial working capital is IDR 62.15 millions, and is projected net present value above IDR 1 billions rupiah, and about 20% profitability index, and 5 months payback periods.
