Abstract

This activity aims to train the teachers of SD Negeri Angkasa and SDK St. Arnold to design thematic learning tools using a realistic mathematical approach. The output of this training is increase the ability of teachers to design thematic learning in mathematics. Another outcome is that teachers can make learning tools consisting of lesson plans, teaching materials, student worksheets and assessment instruments. This activity is carried out in the form of training, seminars and workshops. The methods used are mentoring, discussion, question-answer, assistance and simulation. This training can improve the ability of teachers to design learning by applying a realistic mathematical approach. Teachers are able to determine student activities at the situation level, model of level, model for level and formal knowledge level. The difficulties that are still faced by teachers during this training activity are implementing networked learning and technology integration in learning.
