Abstract
White pepper is one of the spices that is widely produced in Bangka. White pepper is only used as a spice. So far there have been no innovative products produced from white pepper. This activity aims to (1) Increase knowledge and information about the potential of Bangka white pepper, oleoresin, hard candy and its economic aspects (2) Make Bangka white pepper hard candy as a superior product of PT. Izzah Globalindo Indonesia so that it can increase income for local farming communities. The method used in this activity is training (socialization) which is carried out as part of the Kedaireka activities of Djuanda University aimed at PT Izzah Globalindo Indonesia. The result of this training is to provide knowledge and the creation of Bangka white pepper oleoresin hard candy products, as a product that can become a superior product of PT.
