Abstract

The problems faced by Islamic cooperatives are the lack of interest in Islamic cooperatives which results in the difficulty of developing cooperatives and capital problems. In addition, cooperative members have difficulty in understanding the products available in NASARI Islamic cooperatives because so far members of Islamic cooperatives are more familiar with conventional cooperative financial products. The issue of adding capital to Islamic cooperatives, where members object to increasing principal savings, is also an issue in the development of Islamic cooperatives. Supported by the lack of human resources handling sharia products because so far they have only handled cooperative products that use conventional systems. Training and mentoring activities for the implementation of Islamic financial institution products, Islamic nasari cooperatives are expected to be able to help Islamic cooperatives to develop better and become a solution to the problems faced.
