Abstract

The training discusses WarpPLS 5.0, which can be used on the structural model of reflective orformative indicators models. WarpPLS 5.0 It also provides variable moderation and mediationtesting (even three segments) more simply. In addition, it also provides a relationship analysisbetween latent variables that are not linear.The training focuses on the application (applied philosophy) of the WarpPLS method & theoperating skills of Software WarpPLS-5.0, as well as avoiding complicated and complexdiscussions of mathematics and statistics.Meanwhile, Mendeley training, which aims at the management of citation and literature in studentscientific work, can increase students ' understanding of their operation in supporting the quality ofcitation and reference of student's scientific work.

3.3 Metode Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metoda ceramah (Presentasi), tutorial, dan diskusi. Proceed to step 1 Pada langkah ini terdapat menu pilihan buka atau membuat file kerja baru. Proceed to step 2 Tahap ini untuk input data mentah yang akan dianalisis. Proses ini software akan mengecek data input apakah terdapat missing data value, coloumn with zero variance, identical column names, rank problem, kemudian klik OK. Tahap ini adalah tahap untuk menggambar Model yang akan diolah dalam PLS. Gambar model dengan cara pilih Latent variable options, kemudian pilih Create latent variable. Masukkan indikator dengan pilih add, dan measurement model pilih reflective, kemudian save. Buat garis regresi yang menghubungkan variabel laten dengan memilih Direct link option lalu create direct link.
