Abstract

<p><em>This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of distance learning, 2) the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning, and 3) the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Sources of data used are informants, places, activities, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and document analysis. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of distance learning includes preparation in terms of teachers, learning tools, facilities and infrastructure, as well as information technology, media and learning methods, learning activities, assessments, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of distance learning include: a) there are students who do not have smartphones or computers, b) limited internet quota, c) students find it difficult to understand learning materials, and d) a less supportive learning environment and atmosphere, 3) Efforts are made to overcome obstacles in learning, namely: a) assistance free smartphones for students in need, b) free internet quota assistance for underprivileged students, c) using learning videos as learning media, and d) conducting home visits to students' learning environments.</em></p>
