Abstract

ABSTRACT San Francisco Bay (SFB) is a large and highly human-impacted estuarine system. We produced 449 metagenome-assembled genomes from SFB waters, collected along the salinity gradient, providing a rich data set to compare the metabolic potential of microorganisms from different salinity zones within SFB and to other estuarine systems.
