Peer review declaration

Abstract

All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.• Type of peer review: Double-blind• Describe criteria used by Reviewers when accepting/declining papers. Was there the opportunity to resubmit articles after revisions? a) HECE operates a double blind review process. Upon receipt of the submission, the suitability and plagiarism analysis of submission will be checked by Editorial Office first. The allowed similarity rate should be less than 20%. The submitted submissions with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flaws, out of conference topics, particularly high rate of similarity or lack of a significant message will be rejected directly at this stage. Generally, the author will be informed quickly by editors if the result of initial evaluation is reject.b) Only the submissions passed the initial checking made by HECE Editorial Office can be submitted to reviewers. The Editorial Office will then organize the peer-review process performed by at least 2 independent reviewers who are experts in the field and have published 5 or more research articles in recent 3-5 years. Each submission will be reviewed follow its relevance, originality, technical quality, significance of the submission; there will be four results within 3-4 weeks: Accept / Reject outright / Consider after Major/Minor Revisions.c) Authors have 2-3 weeks to resubmit an updated version of their submissions with the necessary changes for further evaluation, which should follow the comments and suggestions from our reviewers.
