Abstract
BulTrans-2020. International Scientific Conference on Aeronautics, Automotive and Railway Engineering and Technologies All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.• Type of peer review: Double-blind• Conference submission management system: process.bultrans.org• Number of submissions received: 53• Number of submissions sent for review: 47• Number of submissions accepted: 34• Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 64%• Average number of reviews per paper: 1-2• Total number of reviewers involved: 22• Any additional info on review process: Verification and approval of the papers is carried out in four stages (Stage 1 – Title and abstract evaluation; Stage 2 – Full text evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief; Stage 3 – Review process; Stage 4 – Approval). Each paper goes plagiarism check and a double-blind peer review process. At least one review is being created by a specialist in the respective field, through a unified template. The authors are given access to the full text of the reviews. Upon completion of the review process, the papers and their reviews are submitted to the Editorial board for approval. At the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, reports that have been refused publication in IOP Proceedings may be submitted for publication in the traditional BulTrans proceedings, published by Technical University of Sofia Academic Publishing House.• Contact person for queries: Assoc.
